Winningfactor Fire Fighter Training System is an exclusive program designed to help fire fighters meet the stringent demands of their profession and is also designed to help them ace any fitness evaluations or standards that are required to maintain their professional status. The training system consists of approximately 203 pages. The program contains: stretching, attribute training (which consists of 3 to 4 phases of weight training programs), and incorporates 3 to 4 phases of job-specific and general, fitness-related exercises (such as drills, plyometrics, running, or walking). The program has its own tracking, progress evaluation forms, an overview, key points, daily menu, pre and post workout meals, and body composition tracking.
