Athlete's Notes

THOMAS "TREY" WILLIAMS
During the past 9 years, it's been my privilege to implement John's unique training methods and principles to my clients' training regiments. John's vast knowledge, expertise and experiences in the fitness industry is truly unparalleled to anyone in the industry and quite simply, is priceless! I'm very grateful to have a mentor such as John by my side to help me achieve all of my aspirations and goals.

APOLO OHNO
Congratulations to Olympian Apolo Ohno! Apolo's Torino experience started a little rough, but as the true champion he is, he put it together and finished on top with a gold and 2 bronze medals.

ALLISON BAVER
Winningfactor honored Allison Baver with a crystal award because of being considered as the most improved women's short track speed skater in the world this year. She led all U.S. women short trackers in total world cup points and has been consistently the best women's short tracker the U.S. has to offer.

LESEAN MCCOY
Congratulations to LeSean McCoy. He was rated as one of the top 3 high school football players in the nation this year and was recruited by just about every major Division I school in the country. And, congratulations on his choice of Pittsburgh University. (Congratulations, LeSean, for making the cover of Sports Illustrated.)

ZACK LUDWIG
Good Luck to high school baseball pitcher, Zack Ludwig. Again, one of our high schoolers that is being highly recruited. Congratulations on Zack's choice for Division I Baseball at the University of New Orleans.

AMANDA BARASHA
Congratulations to Amanda Barasha for an outstanding job in goal and leading her soccer team to a first place finish at the state championship, then moving on to win regionals, and then competing in the national championships out of 800 teams. Amanda's team placed second in a very close overtime loss. Look for her in the near future to be playing goal on the regional team and national team. She could very well be one of our Olympic athletes in the near future. Amanda will also be playing soccer for Wake Forrest University after her senior year in high school.

WAYNE JOHNSEN
Winningfactor congratulates professional boxer Wayne Johnsen on his knockout victory on August 8, 2006. Since utilizing the Winningfactor boxing system, he has had 8 straight wins with 8 straight knockouts. Look for more exciting things from him in the near future.

ANGIE WOOLUM
Congratulations to Angie Woolum for knocking out her opponent from Australia to become the Women's Lightweight Mixed Martial Arts World Champion. Angie is also ranked in the top 5 in women's professional boxing and also has the potential to be a world professional boxing champion. Keep your eyes out for her. Also, watch for Angie fighting on Chuck Norris' World Combat League.

CHARLIE FITZ
Big time congratulations to Charlie Fitz. Having his nose broken just before the World Amateur Championships, Charlie showed tremendous true grit dealing with his injury and winning the World Amateur Boxing Championship is Kansas City, Missouri.

LAUREN BRILLA
Congratulations to 12-year-old swimmer, Lauren Brilla. Lauren, to date, has broken 23 state and county swimming records, and has just recently shattered a 7-year-old record by 4.5 seconds in the 200M Freestyle. Lauren also competes in the 50M Butterfly, and the 50M, 100M, and 200M Freestyle. There has been no record safe at any of the distances that she competes. Lauren has an Olympic dream and the talent to make it come true. We'll keep you updated on her progress.

LIAM ORTEGA
Olympic long track specialist, Liam Ortega, competed at the US Single Distance Championships/World Cup trials. Last year he finished 16th. This year, after only 7 months of our training system, he finished 5th overall. But, more amazing than that, he knocked a full 16 seconds off of his combined times of all the events in which he competed. We're really confident about his continued improvement. Look for Liam to be a force to be reckoned with at the next winter Olympics in Vancouver.

GIDDEON MASSIE
We are really excited to have Giddeon Massie utilizing the Winningfactor Training Systems. Giddeon is an Olympic Sprint Cyclist and is currently our U.S. National Sprint Champion. His other accomplishments include being a 2004 Olympian, as well as 6-time World Team Member, 8-time U.S. National Champion, and 2-time Pan American Gold Medalist. Winningfactor has the privilege of creating Giddeon's strength and conditioning program and training him for the Summer Olympics in 2008 in Beijing, China. We know Giddeon will add his name to the medalist list for the U.S.

TRISH JENCKES
Trish Jenckes is one of our high-schoolers who is a competitive dancer with many gold medals under her belt. Congratulations to her for being awarded a scholarship to the University of West Virginia, a school with arguably one of the best competitive dance programs in the country, where Trish will continue to be a dominant force in competitive dance.

CHRIS HENDERSON
We're real excited for Chris in his football endeavors. Chris is a 6'4," 305lb. defensive tackle (and, if you can imagine, he's still growing). Chris is heading into his senior year at Harrisburg High School. You can expect to see Chris with All-State status and ranked highly nationally. He's tremendously talented with a ton of potential. Winningfactor is proud to add his name to the extended list of highly talented athletes we supply programs for. There's a good chance you'll see him playing for the University of Michigan in the near future.
