Each program would consist of approximately 100 to 210 pages of programming, depending on the program selected.
The programs consist of:
Stretching, Attribute training which would consist of 3 to 4 phases of actual weight training programs, also 3 to 4 phases of other related exercises such as drills, plyometrics, running, or walking, as well as each phase has its own tracking, the progress evaluation, an overview, key points, daily menu, event day menu, pre and post workout meals, and body composition tracking.
These programs are currently the most complete, proven-effective, training systems available today. All packages are assembled in an upscale, presentation, reference binder. |
